A study came out a couple of days ago stating that neck pain is helped more by chiropractic or exercise neck pain than by medication. 

The study involved 272 patients who had recently begun to have neck pain.  They were treated using one of three different methods:

1. Medication
2. Exercise
3. Chiropractic

After 12 weeks, patients who used chiropractic or exercise were TWICE as likely to be pain free than those who had used medication. 

And comparing the results between chiropractic and exercise, it was found that a higher percentage of patients had relief from chiropractic.

More and more researchers are finding that chiropractic is a safe and effective choice for health care.
